Stayed here at short notice due to previous booking cancellation
The location was great. It was easily accessible. The host was also responsive when we had complaints. I greatly appreciated that. He also allowed us check out later than the usual time which was great as we had a late evening trip out of NJ.
The facilities are in need of repair and upgrade. - The floral painting with leaves placed on the wall in the living room made the place look a lot like a shrine. A simple white painting on the entire living room walls would greatly add to the value of the property. - There were trash packed within the compound by the wall. It also appears that it has been there for a long time as another review pointed it out as well. It really made the home depressing and sad. It took a lot of convincing for my family to enter the building as the sight from outside looked dirty and unkempt. - The pots weren’t very clean. We had to rewash them before we could use them. They should really be replaced as previous guests left deep scratches all over the pots. - The gas burner was caked with black stuff.

The location and the host was very attentive and very easy check in.. stress free. Was very appreciated!
Stains on sheets and closets had things stored in them which made it feel nasty and uncomfortable as well as cleaning supplies stored in kitchen and bathroom cabinets but no trash bags and no wifi
