The property served the purpose and my family was happy.

    Location

It was a little dark, windows and letting the sunlight in, was not a priority. This is a personal preference, but I like to have the sunshine.

The house was decent beds comfortable

Where do I begin. There is no address on the house and the GPS takes you an open lot. We did not have full use of the house. In the sitting area on the porch the fan wasnt working. I sent a message the through chat Michael their concierge host said he would get back to us as about it and never did yet we paid full price for full use of a house. There cockroaches in the upstairs bathroom and living room the upstairs shower takes almost 10 minutes to get hot. The water goes out slow in the bathroom sinks. In the bedroom next to the bathroom upstairs There was a door to a crawl space that wouldn't lock I had to push the chair against the door to stay closed I was annoyed and the concierge host just lies to you to make you believe he is assisting and does nothing. The stairs are very uneven

The owner, Kirchan, and the manager, Mike, were helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay aga

What I liked about the property was that it was clean, nice, cozy, and well organized. It looked just like the pictures that were advertised online. The inside matched exactly how it was shown — it was not a façade. The property was well taken care of. Even though it was an older property, it was maintained very nicely. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well during my stay.

It’s honestly hard to say there was much I didn’t like about the property because overall it was a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay. Since it is an older home, my only suggestion would be to possibly update some of the linens, such as the washcloths and towels. However, this was not a major issue for us because we usually travel with our own towels and washcloths anyway. I would also suggest routine pest treatment or spraying around the property. We noticed a small spider in the bathroom area, and one of my friends saw what appeared to be a centipede. It was nothing major and definitely not something that ruined our stay, but regular treatment may help since it is an older home. Another suggestion would be to make the property easier to locate upon arrival. It would help to have the house numbers or address displayed more clearly outside the property, especially for guests arriving at night or for the first time. Overall, the property was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would still recommend it to others.
