Отличное местоположение в районе Чугурети: до главных достопримечательностей, кафе и транспорта легко дойти пешком, а вечером район остаётся спокойным и тихим. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке Жужу. Она встретила нас очень тепло, всё подробно показала, подсказала, куда сходить и что попробовать, и всегда быстро отвечала на вопросы. Было ощущение, что нас ждали в гостях, а не просто сдали квартиру. В апартаментах чисто, уютно и есть всё необходимое для жизни, так что пребывание в Тбилиси получилось по-настоящему комфортным. Соотношение цены и качества оптимальное: за разумные деньги мы получили гораздо больше, чем ожидали. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям.

An excellent location - at 10 to 30 minutes walk from all major sightseeing sites but hidden in the charming non-touristic bulk of Chugureti (a distinct world within the city), and 10-15 minutes walk from the major food-providing small shops in Marjanishvili. The dwelling had the atmosphere of the 20th century, including its first half, not the least because of the excellent wooden window-frames. it had a plenty of working space organised in three layers - of an inner dining room, of a fully covered former balcony, and of a still existing half-open outer balcony. The small courtyard, typical for the neighbourhood and natural with the lack of artificial lustre designed for luxury-or-renovation-liking tourists (and by silly metropolitan authorities), was engulfing with its bird songs and the beautiful pomegranate tree.
