The flat does look as in the pictures. It's located around 7 min from Legazpi station (direct line to Sol station), which was very convenient. There are restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Very good location to visit Madrid. The check-in was easy. A person received us to check IDs and hand the keys.

The walls aren't soundproof and if neighbours are noisy you can easily be disturbed. As the flat is on the ground floor, the main door of the building can be heard when closed too. Also the flat has poor natural light, but nothing to worry if just for sleeping after visiting Madrid.
