Location is good, it's 30 min on foot for any main sights, even faster by underground. You don't need to meet with owners for the key.
You can hear everything that's going on in other flats + church bells every morning, accompanied by howling dog. Shower hanger is broken, door lock in the bathroom doesn't exist. No space to put clothes in the bathroom. Half of the day bathroom stinks if sewage. If you use washing machine, door in the bathroom is semi-open, also rack for clothes is already occupied and there is no laundry detergent. Kettle wasn't washed inside for a lot of time, it has extreme crust inside and water smells of plastic,no sponge for washing dishes. Mold in the shower cabin. So, if the price is really good, it's OK to stay for several days, it's for sure not for the long stay, as it's obviously this flat to get as much money from rent as possible.
