We never met the landlord, but I imagined them to be a polite person. The apartment was very old, the rooms were oddly shaped, and the furniture was quite old and neglected. The kitchen was covered in grease and lacked sufficient supplies. The bathroom was also very old and neglected, so I wouldn't recommend staying in this apartment. The door, the frame, the furniture—everything was old and unusable. The sheets and pillows were so old you couldn't tell if they were clean or dirty. Everything needs a complete overhaul and replacement. Also, the apartment was full of tiny ants.
