  Great place to visit Antwerpen Centre in a cost-efficient way.

  Absolutely great location in the heart of Antwerpen, in a top floor accessible with the elevator, great view on the cathedral from bathroom window. Good price/efficiency ratio (parking garage included).

  The instructions for entering the parking came somewhat late, had to drive out and then it worked as instructed. The kitchen could be better equipped, for those who want to cook something.

  Location is excellent

  Although the weather was cold and rainy during our stay, and every other property we stayed in had heating available, the host refused to provide even a portable heater. Instead, he repeatedly claimed that the heating system was working and that a replacement heater would be provided, neither of which was true. There was also no internet connection and no TV channels available throughout our stay. Despite several complaints and messages, the host did not respond or offer any meaningful assistance. The apartment was full of mosquitoes, which was surprising because we did not experience this problem anywhere else in the city. The host's poor communication and lack of support significantly damaged what could have been an enjoyable trip. We are leaving this review so that other travelers are aware of these issues and do not have to go through the same experience. The location is excellent, but the service and overall hosting experience were extremely disappointing.

  The property was extremely hot due to the glass roof window, had an unpleasant odour, and was not as modern as the photo

  Only good thing about the property is the location as it’s very close to the city centre

  The property is located on the top floor and has a glass roof window, which makes it extremely hot during the summer. Natural light comes through the property throughout the entire day, further increasing the temperature. There was a noticeable odour when I arrived, which may have been caused by the heat. The property is in need of modernisation, but this was carefully concealed in the photos published on Booking.com. The bed is very basic and uncomfortable, particularly during the summer months. The check-in instructions were unclear, and communication from the staff was poor. I ultimately decided not to stay at the property, so I cannot comment on the shower or toilet facilities. I contacted the property manager regarding a refund, but they neither answered my calls nor responded to my messages. The property management company appears to be based in Singapore.

  Great location and Studio with parking albeit without Shower!

  Outstanding location- next to Crown Plaza & view of cathedrals from the studio. The layout is very open and there’s enough space for you to move around with luggage storage space as well.

  There’s almost no water pressure/ hot water for shower and no acknowledgement/ response or resolution provided from the property owner - the property itself is great for upto 3 pax although the ikea sofa bed is not very comfortable but ok for a kid. If you can do without shower then property is great!
