Αρκετά καλή επιλογή.
Ωραίο και μαζεμένο σπιτι. Μπορείς να παρκάρεις έξω από την πολυκατοικία. Έχει μέρος περιμετρικά. Διαθέτει όλες τις βασικές ανέσεις. Είναι πολύ κοντά σε σταση μετρό, ενώ έχει πολυ κοντά σούπερ μάρκετ και Mc Donalds. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν ευγενική και απαντούσε σε κάθε ερώτημα.
Ενώ είναι μερικώς ανακαινισμενο, οι εσωτερικές πόρτες είναι παλιες, κάποια ντουλάπια δεν έκλειναν καλά και γενικότερα σε μερικά σημεία θέλει βελτίωση. Η πολυκατοικία που βρίσκεται είναι πολύ παλιά και δε διαθέτει καλή ηχομόνωση.

Appartement lag etwas außerhalb,bewußt von uns so gewählt,da metro Station direkt um die Ecke und nur 4 Stationen zur Stadtmitte. Wir konnten direkt neben dem Gebäude parken. Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Netter Kontakt.
