  L'alloggio si trova in una posizione davvero ottima ,con supermercati ,bar e locali vicinissimi ,e poi ha la fermata della metro a 3 minuti

  POSIZIONE OK, MA PULIZIA UN DISASTRO

  L'unica cosa veramente positiva è la posizione. L'appartamento è ubicato in uno dei quartieri più movimentati di Madrid (Malasana). Inoltre è possibile raggiungere, sia a piedi, sia con i mezzi, in poco tempo, i posti più importanti di Madrid.

  Mi dispiace dirlo, ma la pulizia un disastro. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato lenzuola visibilmente macchiate (non abbiamo capito di cosa) e capelli ovunque. Non sappiamo se la prima sera abbiamo dormito nelle lenzuola di qualcun altro. È inconcepibile una cosa del genere. Oltre alla sporcizia generale presente sui pavimenti, abbiamo riscontrato macchie sulle sedie e sul divano presente in cucina. Le condizioni generali dell'abitazione sono fatiscenti purtroppo. L'indomani abbiamo inviato un messaggio allo staff che gentilmente ha provveduto a cambiarci le lenzuola.

  Great location, dirty apartment furniture and beds.

  Location was great. Food available close by, and we walked to everything. Washing machine was helpful so we didn't have a pack too much. The air conditioner is great!

  Apartment is beat down. Wood pieces peeled off the ground with the glue exposed. Kitchen floor was gross, greasy and dirty. I had to go to the store to buy paper towel and all purpose cleaner to clean the floors so we can stay there. I had to remove the trash can from under the sink because the mop that is there smelled really bad, this is the mop that was dragged through these floors before we checked in. This is how i knew how dirty the place really is. I had to spray that mop to keep down the smell.The bedding is horrible, thin cheap sheets are stained and rough. The pillowcases are hiding gross stained pillows under. The matress cover is gross and has hair from previous guests. We tried to get other comforter from the closet and they also had hair all over. All the furniture is stained. There is visible mold in the shower between the glass and the wall.
