    Great location, bad communication.

    Location was good. The main rooms where god sized and there was an actual table to sit at. Appliances worked. Big fridge with actual freezer compartment. Sturdy door with good locks and the apartment itself was in good condition. Shower itself was actually big enough for a normal person.

    No reaction to communication via booking. Made me anxious. Calling the number on the day lead to an automated message and an SMS/WhatsApp telling me how to get the key. In the apartment 3 cards telling me how to get warm water. None matching the breaker description. (Greek friend helped with translation in the end. ) Bathroom was cramped and smelly. Opening the window helped with the smell. Shower extension needs replacement. Mattress was quite soft but not necessarily bad.

    Excellent location with poor facilities; will not utilize again.

    - Location: cannot be beaten; 50 meters away from Kerameikos Metro Station - Balcony: has a spacious balcony; 2 seats and a coffee table - Entrance: is easy and clean

    - Wi-Fi: machine exists however, not working (bonding light always red); asked the property manager the username and password, didn't even bother answering - Odor: entire place had a strong sewage smell; had to ventilate through both balcony doors for an hour to get rid of the smell - Kitchen: very small kitchen; has a kettle and a coffee machine however, no coffee or tea - Bed: is unbalanced, one side is up where the other side is low

    Однозначно не рекомендую!

    Ми бронювали номер за кілька місяців до поїздки. По прибуттю ми не змогли заселитися, протягом півтори години ми знаходилися з речами на палючому сонці. Власник не відповів на безліч телефонних дзвінків. Довелося переброньовувати помешкання 😔

    What a nightmare - no prior communication from the property, arrived at the gate and their only given phone number was switched off! Spent the next two hours with booking.com trying to get a new place. This place remained unresponsive and our booking was ultimately cancelled.
