  Exceptional Apartment

  Everything was better than I expect. One of the most comfortable places you can stay in. I would definitely recommend the place for anyone who is looking for a short stay apartment at new Cairo area. Exceptionally clean and location is perfect

  The area is nice, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The building has a beautiful garden at the entrance that creates a welcoming atmosphere. There are also nice markets nearby, which made shopping very convenient.

  I would like to share my honest and transparent experience staying at this apartment in the Rehab area of Cairo, booked through Booking.com. The location itself is very good, convenient, and in a nice area. Communication with the host was generally good, and she responded to my messages. I also appreciate that she paid for the internet after I informed her that it was not working, since internet access was listed in the advertisement. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. The apartment was very dusty overall and did not appear to be properly cleaned before arrival. The big table had a lot of dust on it. The bathroom floor had a lot of old hair and was not clean, and there were no toilet tissues provided. In the bedroom, there was hair on the mattress, which made me feel uncomfortable and suggested that the bed linen may not have been changed. Because of this, I decided to sleep in the second bedroom. The towels provided initially also had an unpleasant oil-like smell, and I informed the host about this. In addition, the apartment looks quite different from the photos shown in the listing. The living room furniture appears very old, and the sofa is almost broken and does not match the pictures. There were also no cleaning supplies available in the apartment. The TV signal was also weak and kept interrupting, which made it difficult to watch. After I informed the host about these issues, she changed the mattress and provided other towels, which I appreciate. However, the overall level of cleanliness still needs significant improvement. I am writing this feedback honestly and respectfully. When paying for accommodation, guests expect a level of cleanliness and quality that corresponds to the price and to what is shown in the listing. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests
