    L'appartement lui même, bien aménagé. La situation près de la gare et des transports en commun. L'ascenseur ! La disponibilité du propriétaire . La machine à laver car les laveries sont très rares dans la ville de Graz et en général enAutriche!

    Les oreillers trop mous! Pas assez de vaisselle! Certains coussins non propres

    Communication with the host/owner, Rene, was fast and easy, and the self check-in via key safe worked seamlessly. I also appreciated the free parking space in a secure garage (the parking lot is in a different building, but everything went smoothly). The location is very nice, quiet, and relatively close to the center. It's less than a 20-minute walk to the old town and just 5 minutes to the main train station. The photos of the property on Booking do not match the current reality and could use an update.

    das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hatte einigermaßen gestimmt.

    gerade mal 5 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Schlüssel befand sich in einen Kasten. Code wurde einen Tag vorher übermittelt. Wohnung toll eingerichtet. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr gut. Wohnung war im 2. Stock, Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Spar und Hofer am Hauptbahnhof. Von dort fahren ein paar Tram Linien bis zum Hauptplatz. Sonst mindestens 20 min zu Fuß. Zur Zeit Baustelle vorm Haus, ab 6 Uhr ungefähr etwas laut. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nicht dafür.

    Kleiderschrank fehlte und die Sauberkeit der Fenster. Die Fenster müsste man mit der Fensterbank total säubern. Sonst hatte alles gestimmt.
