    Disappointed with this apartment.

    Bathroom was clean and hot water sufficient. The apartment was clean. Appliances (that were provided) worked well. Refrigerator was large and cold. Beds were comfortable.

    Description was incorrect and deceptive. The kitchen was missing essential items like a toaster, cork screw, coffee, pepper (there were pepper corns, but no way to grind them!). Only three knifes meant continually washing them. Utensils need improvement. The AC had trouble cooling the apartment with outside temps around 80. Eventually, it cooled off. Only two small windows that look out to a visually unappealing courtyard (busted bikes, stuff all over). Zero view of anything and being on the ground floor meant keeping the windows closed at night. The neighborhood was not appealing; it was in Chinatown and the road where the apartment is located is so-so. The "terrace" was just the flat roof over the apartment with no views (just other "terraces); and no chairs, so it was useless. We were relocated to this apartment after there were water issues with the apartment we originally booked. I will say that the staff was friendly, but when we said there was no toaster or corkscrew (we couldn't drink our wine), they didn't arrange for those items to be delivered - a disappointment. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment.
