Great position, comfortable and a great little bolthole from the hoards.
Loved loved loved the area. Walk out the door to bars and restaurants and basically no other tourists. The linen was clean , check in was easy, and the managers were very good at communicating.
The apartment felt a little grubby and there were a couple of maintenance issues. There was also a whole lot of superfluous stuff left lying around or in cupboards. The place has real potential with very little input to be a special place to stay. It would have been great to have a few more plants on the terrace as well as a couple of sun lounges or at least a little table and chairs.

Cozy apartment close to the metro, grocery store, and restaurants.
We liked the kitchen, separate bedrooms, and the terrace. It was so peaceful to go out there at night. The apartment was semi-small, but very pleasant. Having a washing machine was a much needed bonus.
It was a challenge to understand the door code, because we are older folks. We would have liked to have a paper that explained how to activate the air conditioner, and wifi. The place was difficult to identify because it did not have a sign on the street to direct us down the correct road that looked like an alley, nor an address number or sign on the outside door. Other than that, we were happy to stay there. Thank you!

Die Lage war ruhig, trotzdem sehr zentral. Es gab in 3-5 Minuten eine U-Bahn-Anbindung. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants/Bars. Die Gegend war gut.
Die Wohnung müsste mal gründlich gereinigt werden und einige Gebrauchsgegenstände erneuert. V.a. WC, hier roch es teilweise übel. Ebenso waren schon viele Gebrauchsspuhren dran....gilt auch für die Badewanne, hier insbesondere dunkle kalkige Ablagerungen. Klimaanlage tropfte und hing genau über einer Steckdose; zwei Steckdosen müssten grundsätzlich mal wieder festgeschraubt werden, insbesondere in einem Schlafzimmer. In der Küche waren Ameisen, teils an der Arbeitsplatte. In einem Schlafzimmer ging das Licht nicht an.
