    We had a great time and this property is a gem

    The location was excellent for what we needed - access to Stoke and surrounding areas. On arrival the property was really clean and the host had left the basics as well as some welcome treats for our arrival. The place is compact but feels welcoming and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this property.

    I had thought there was a parking space next to the property but on arrival this was taken, when I checked online the property didn't list parking so I think that was my mistake. Fortunately parking nearby wasn't too difficult. Otherwise, not much to dislike - I'd suggest the loo seat needs fixing - it's wonky and weirdly small but otherwise no problems at all.

    Clean, comfortable, great facilities and the host was very welcoming

    Sadly the traffic noise was quite bad and emergency vehicles were constantly going by with sirens blaring

    Modern, well equipped

    Very very small, location is abysmal, main road with high traffic, poorly insulated/installed windows and doors meaning excessive noise, windows could not be closed due to heat in the property and only 2 small opening windows, no thermostat for the property ( not needed due to the weather but certainly needed in colder months, cleaning was below expected standards, leftover food in fridge and freezer, clothes in drawers as if someone had moved out for us to stay there, parking around the premises is atrocious if your lucky you may get within half a mile ( only if your lucky )
