    Apartamento amplio a 15 minutos en coche del centro

    Espacio amplio y luminoso con buen aire acondicionado.

    La cocina se queda justa, necesita más menaje y un extractor. El sofá tienen que cambiarlo si o si. Sería recomendable añadir una caja se seguridad para acceder a la llave. Las sábanas no cubren toda la cama.

    Расположение неплохое, рядом есть ЖД вокзал, а вот до центра пешком придется пройтись. Окна, выходящие во двор, тихие, но и те, что с другой стороны дома и выходят на улицу Байтик баатыра, не мешают шумом, несмотря на первый этаж, потому что от тротуара с пешеходами отделены газоном и деревьями, а проезжая часть утоплена ниже уровня тротуара, и автомобилей не видно и меньше слышно. Общение с хозяином происходит дистанционно, ключи выдаются и получаются так же. В каждой комнате есть кондиционер. Стабильный вайфай.
