  Das Appartement ist wunderschön und neu. Die Badezimmer sind blitzsauber und die Betten bequem. Die Klimaanlage hat bestens funktioniert. Trockentuch, Spüli, etc. waren vorhanden. Wir konnten jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Große Platanen sorgen für Schatten und Sichtschutz. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zur Metro sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Der Bus ins Zentrum fährt direkt um die Ecke. In dem Stadtviertel Les Cortes haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Eine Bäckerei ist unten im Haus und ein Supermarkt in 5 Minuten Entfernung im Einkaufszentrum. Der Vermieter Eric ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben viele tolle Reisetipps von ihm bekommen. Ein- (persönlich!) und auschecken lief reibungslos. Herzlichen Dank für die wunderschöne Unterkunft in Barcelona!

  A Perfect Stay in Barcelona with an Exceptional Host!

  We had a fantastic stay in Barcelona! The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The perfectly working air conditioning was especially appreciated, as the temperature outside was so high that at times it felt difficult to breathe. The large master bedroom had its own private bathroom, and there was also a second bathroom, which was incredibly convenient. The location was also extremely convenient! If you enjoy walking, virtually everything is within walking distance. Erik was, without a doubt, the most wonderful host we have ever met! and we travel a lot! He generously shared his knowledge of Barcelona and recommended many incredible places known mainly to locals: hidden gems that you won’t find in typical guidebooks but are truly worth visiting. We could count on him at any time, and his kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more special. We will happily recommend this apartment to everyone we know. If we return to Barcelona, we will definitely stay here again!

  Wspaniały apartament z dwoma sypialniami, w pełni wyposażony z pralką i zmywarką. Game changer to 2 łazienki, co przy rodzinie 2+2 jest super wygodne. Główna sypialnia z dużym wygodnym łóżkiem, druga sypialnia z lozkiem piętrowym ale dla dorosłych. Nowy budynek i nowe mieszkanie super czyste! Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne w domu! Smart TV, wifi działa bez zarzutu, klimatyzacja! Dużo szaf! Balkon ze stolikiem I krzesłami wychodzi na uroczy zielony placyk z kawiarenkami ale też placem zabaw dla dzieci. Okolica przyjazna, lokalna I cicha ale świetnie skomunikowana. Duże centrum handlowe, autobusy I metro w zasiegu spaceru 5 min. Mega nam się podobało a bylismy 10 dni. W budynku piekarnia z ciepłym pieczywem!!!! Włoska restauracja i bar tapas na skwerku pod domem, gdzie przychodzą mieszkańcy okolicznych domów. Cicho i spokojnie a jednocześnie wszystko w zasięgu ręki. Wisienką na torcie jest Eric właściciel, który nie tylko daje tipy najlepszych restauracji I miejsc so odwiedzenia ale również pomógł nam kupić bilety na mecz na Camp Nou I wysyłał informacje o zniżkach (btw stadion jest 10 min spacerem). Jeszcze nie byliśmy tak zadowoleni z pobytu! Dziękujemy Eric! Na pewno wrócimy! A wonderful, fully equipped two-bedroom apartment featuring a washing machine and dishwasher. Having two bathrooms is a real game-changer—super convenient for a family of four. The master bedroom has a large, comfortable bed, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed suitable for adults. It’s a new building and a brand-new, spotless apartment! It has everything you need for a home-away-from-home: Smart TV, flawless Wi-Fi, and air conditioning! Plenty of wardrobe space! The balcony, complete with a table and chairs, overlooks a charming green square featuring cafés and a children's playground. The neighborhood is friendly, local, and quiet, yet boasts excellent transport links. A large shopping mall, buses, and the metro are all within a 5-minute walk.

  Bruisend Barcelona

  Er was een zeer vlotte en duidelijke communicatie met Eric, onze host. Geen vraag was te veel. We hadden 2,5 prachtige dagen. De garage lag op 8 minuten wandelen van het appartement maar je had wel een staanplaats waar de auto 2,5 dag veilig is blijven staan. Voor het appartement moet je even met vier pinkers op in hat straatje staan maar als je het inladen een beetje organiseert - wij waren met vier - ben je snel terug weg. Het appartement ligt wat weg van het centrum maar dankzij de vlot rijdende metrolijnen 3 en 5 ben je er telkens om 20 à 30 minuten.

  Misschien het straatlawaai van de bar onder ons (kamer stapelbed) maar rond middernacht sluit deze.
