    Комфортно для проживання 2м дорослим людям

    Тихий район, гарна комунікація з орендодавцями, усе необхідне для комфортного перебування.

    У спальні, при відкритому вікні спати практично неможливо - виникає відчуття, ніби дихаєш пилом і штукатуркою. Саме через цей недолік я знизила оцінку (фото додала) Також варто бути уважними, якщо подорожуєте з маленькими дітьми. Квартира розташована на третьому поверсі, а вікно спальні знаходиться практично на рівні ліжка і виходить у відкриту шахту між будинками. Це не створило проблем для нас, але для сімей з дітьми цей момент варто врахувати.

    نظافة الشقة ليست كما كنت اتوقع، تقع الشقة في الدور الثالث ولا يوجد مصعد، لا توجد غساله الصحون.

    The location was amazing and the features of the flat was more than we expected. Specifically, supermarkets such as Billa or a mall include Action and others were too close. The city center was only a tram or a metro or a bus trip long and as a family with 2 children, we often preferred 48A bus. Especially on nights, waiting a bus just in front of the Volkstheather was a fascinating experience. Personally, I do not prefer self-checking and I always want a person to get face to face contact on reception. But this place, at the same time, changed my idea on self check-in and I learned how easy to get the keys from a lock box during this stay. I'm also grateful for the very rich and informative document that present a step-by-step guide to get into house
