Carino, centrale e servito dai mezzi
Posizione ideale vicino ai mezzi (metro e tram), spazi ampi, letti comodi, doppio bagno funzionale
Alcuni aspetti migliorabili: Estate calda senza climatizzatore (disponibili molti ventilatori). Nel bagno principale stavano eseguendo dei lavori per infiltrazioni dal piano di sopra (tolto il cartongesso e muri/impianti a vista ... ma può succedere). Arredo moderno con troppi accessori che occupano gli spazi di appoggio. Suggerirei ogni tanto una pulizia straordinaria con rimozione delle cose lasciate dai precedenti ospiti (trovato 1 trolley dietro una tenda)

Hübsche wohnung an perfekter lage
Schöne grosse wohnung an perfekter lage. Ausstattung sehr gut. Preis voll ok. Betten mega bequem.
Kapseln gekauft, Kaffeemaschine dann leider kaputt. Ablauf dusche voller haare. Eingangs code funktionierte nicht. Musste warten bis jemand aus dem haus kam. Der badge am schlüsselbund funktionierte dann aber problemlos.

AWFUL!
My stay here was AWFUL! Check in could not have been any worse. To start with I did not receive any check in instructions and once I finally found the property, I could not get in as you needed a key fob. I called the host and she was in Vietnam and barely spoke English. She told me to wait until someone came in or out of the building. An hour later, I managed to sneak in through the front door but then had to wait to get through the second door. Eventually I got in and the accommodation was not like the pictures. There was stinky food in the freezer, dirty towels, a massive hole in the bathroom which smelt of damp, dirty washing in the wardrobe and no where to put your clothes as all the furniture had someone else’s clothes in. The shower was full of someone’s hair and did not drain so flooded out of the door. The key fobs stopped working after the first day so again I had to wait for someone else to come in or out. The communal stairwell stank of urine. Do not stay here!

Tolle Wohnung, grottenschlechte Kommunikation
Das Apartment war sehr schön, sehr gut ausgestattet und mitten im Zentrum der Stadt.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Angaben waren falsch. Self Check-in war nicht möglich, da der Code falsch war und wir fast eine Stunde warten mussten, bis jemand kam. Kontakt war eine vietnamesische Nummer, wo jemand schlecht englisch sprach und beim dritten Versuch garnicht mehr ans Telefon ging…wir kamen nur rein, weil wir uns durch die zwei Haustüren schummelten. Der erforderliche Transponder steckte in einem Safe vor der Wohnungstür. Unterirdische Kommunikation und Anweisungen!
