    Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Nachbarschaft. Auch ohne Auto ist sie mit diversen Stadtbussen sehr gut erreichbar. Dank der Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer ist es drinnen auch im Hochsommer sehr angenehm.

    The flat is in calm area across to park, with shops and restaurants in walkable distance. The place itself is comfortable even for longer stays and fortunately with working air conditioning.

    The bad is rather soft (matter of preference I guess) and the knives in kitchen need sharpening.
