Great location in a nice neighborhood which is not touristy. Supermarket is closeby. Tram to the main train station and city center runs regularly. You do not need to buy tickets in advance, you can tap at the entrance using your credit card. The kitchen is well equipped. The host is friendly and helpful.
The shower is not the most comfortable but it can be managed.
