Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this property. Everything seemed fine with our reservation until we arrived with our family after a 4-hour drive. When we tried to enter the apartment, the provided access code did not work. We called the property manager, and they told us there had been some kind of mistake and that we were not actually supposed to be staying there at all. They said we would receive a refund, but what was most frustrating was their attitude toward the situation. Knowing that their guests were already standing outside the property after traveling for four hours, they did not seem particularly interested in finding a solution or helping us with alternative accommodations. The response felt very indifferent and dismissive. This left an extremely bad impression, especially when traveling with family. I would not recommend staying here, because based on our experience, there is a real possibility of arriving with a confirmed booking and suddenly finding yourself with nowhere to stay. I am attaching screenshots as proof of what happened.
