    Les piscines et la proximité de la plage. Le personnel.

    Appartement vétuste, les photos ne reflètent pas vraiment la réalité. Les rideaux sont sales et tâchés, le fauteuil en osier plein de poussière (épaisseur importante), chaises de tables branlantes (il a fallu demander qu'on les resserre), le canapé tâché, le grille pain rouillé, la poubelle de cuisine cassée, la grille du congélateur est rouillée et de l'eau coule dans le frigo, il manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (passoire, ciseaux, filtres à café), pas de torchons, les portes de placard de la cuisine ne ferment pas toutes correctement, la climatisation bruyante et un des thermostats ne fonctionnait plus ( le lendemain les piles ont été changées). Le dessus du sèche linge très poussiéreux. Le balcon donne sur un immeuble en réhabilitation (travaux donc bruit intérieur et extérieur) et on entend le bruit d'un gros moteur extérieur même la nuit. Une chambre est dos à la cage d'ascenseur de l'immeuble, du coup on entend du bruit dès qu'il est utilisé...La salle de sport n'était pas accessible car en rénovation. Le sol pas très propre à notre arrivée. Décue entre le rapport qualité/prix. Situé à mid-beach soit à 4km500 d'Ocean drive. Un uber ou une voiture sont nécessaire pour se déplacer.
