  It was clean, and provided all necessities and more. Cozy is a very good description of this home and it was in a quiet safe neighborhood.

  You could feel the springs in the bed of ome of the rooms. Luckily we were too tired to be uncomfortable.

  Do not stay here

  The location was what we needed. Close to family.

  The 3 beds were futon type mattresses and were covered in plastic, I had to buy 3 soft mattress toppers plus a foam topper for some comfort. The pillows provided were so thin, they were unusable, so I bought pillows for each bed. I don't know if the water pressure for the showers was low due to the shower heads or what, but it was terrible. They provided 2 bath towels for a 3 bedroom house, luckily I brought 2 myself. The shower curtain rod in the smaller bathroom fell a few times. Both Toilet seats are loose, so that was challenging. In the kitchen, most of the drawers are broken so we would have to hold them when opening. Kitchen sink, the garbage disposal side is clogged so when we ran the dishwasher it would back up with disgusting brown water. No dishwasher pods, so I bought some. Nice fridge but no ice, it seemed the water line may have been disconnected for the ice maker, so I had to buy ice trays. No basic seasoning items but 3 pepper shakers? no salt. So I bought the basics; salt, garlic powder. There was a manual can opener, but it was broken, so I bought one. A kitchen trash can was available, but no trash bag in it when we arrived and no trash bags available, so I bought a box. The washing machine was decent but the clothes dryer took hours to dry a normal size load. No laundry pods available so I bought some. Living room metal blinds had broken missing pieces and one set didn't work to pen the blinds. The primary bedroom rug is so disgusting with large stains that I had to keep socks on when walking in there. Primary bedroom ceiling fan doesn't work. One of the bedrooms lamp had no light bulb. Some of the electric sockets throughout the house didn't work, some without a plate cover. The return AC vent is covered in disgusting dirt and during our stay, on Monday around noon, the AC quit working. Owners did get someone out around 7pm, it was a very hot day!

  The home was comfy, spacious, and above all clean! We would definitely stay again.

  We kept forgetting to remove out shoes.
