Отличное расположение, прямо в центре, близко ко всему. Сама квартира очень уютная со всем необходимым. Есть даже капсульная кофеварка с капсулами, стиральная машина с сушилкой. Очень милый балкончик.

Its really i can confirm-)) Fully equipped and the owner was very nice helpful Its not that central as i expected but its my fault i checked it wrongly on the map But its definitely worth its money so I can recommend it

No sofa bed!
The apartment is in a great location. Most of the apartment was very clean.
The property advertises a sofa bed, but there is none. They just provide blankets to sleep on a regular sofa. Some dishes were not clean. Underneath the sofa is filthy.

이 숙소에서 6박 7일을 보냈어요. 위치가 시내 중심가이어서 여러 관광지와 현지 여행사 모두 도보로 다닐수 있어요. 바로 숙소앞 도로 건너편에 카푸이트 모스크가 있고요. 은행도 있어요. 친절한 Sofi님께서 트빌리시 행 마슈룻카 예약도 해 주셨고 check out하는 날 kilikia 버스 장류장까지 가는 택시도 불러주셨어요. 물론 check in하는날 버스터미널까지 택시를 보내주셨어요. 여러가지 도움을 받아 예레반 여행이 무척 즐거웠어요. 리뷰를 통해 Sofi님께 다시한번 감사의 인사를 드립니다.
