El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado en Ponta Delgada. Tiene un parking gratuito junto al lado, no hay problema de aparcamiento. Cerca de supermercados. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, en la cocina platos, cuencos,cafetera y tostadora, horno y microondas,jabon para platos. Incluso aceite, sal azúcar... En la ducha hay Gel, shampoo y acondicionador. La calle es bastante silenciosa.
El apartamento se nota que es antiguo y esta algo descuidado. Tiene algo de olor a humedad y si dejas la ventana abierta te puede entrar alguna cucaracha...hay que tener cuidado. El colchón esta un poco hundida por el centro. A pesar de eso para pasar una corta estancia y moverte por la isla no esta mal.

Apartamento céntrico y amplio
Lo que más me gustó fue la localización, bastante cerca del centro. La calle en la que está localizado es tranquila y no había problema para dormir por las noches con las ventanas abiertas. Por otra parte, aunque no tenía aparcamiento propio, sí que había uno gratuito cerca. El apartamento era muy amplio y las camas grandes.
El principal problema que tuvimos fue el calor. Se hubiera agradecido el aire acondicionado, pues hacía bastante más calor que en la calle. En el piso superior no se podía estar ya que parecía un invernadero. El mobiliario del apartamento era antiguo.

Cozy and well located
It was comfortable and quite well located, with free parking very close to it.
Only one very, very minor annoyance: the toilet seat needs fixing, as it kept sliding sideways.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and hassle-free. There is also a very well-stocked supermarket nearby
Great location, close to the city center. Check-in was very easy – the key was waiting in a lockbox, and everything went smoothly. The house has the charming atmosphere of a traditional Azorean home. It was spotless, well-maintained, and, most importantly, very quiet at night. A nice touch was the welcome gift on arrival. Communication with the host via text messages was excellent. The apartment consisted of two spacious rooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a terrace on the mezzanine level. The kitchen had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
