  Would not recommend

Very disappointing experience. The property advertises parking, but there is no dedicated parking available. Guests are required to rely on street parking, which is not guaranteed and often means parking some distance from the property. This was misleading and left us concerned about vehicle security. The property also advertises a television, but live TV because they have no TV licence in place. This restriction was not made clear before booking. Customer service was particularly poor. We reported that the television was not working and requested fans during a period of exceptionally high temperatures and weather warnings. Multiple phone calls, voicemails and emails were required before receiving a response. The owner eventually stated that she would visit the property that afternoon and provide fans, but neither happened. The lack of communication, failure to follow assist guest on promises, and misleading information regarding facilities made this a very frustrating experience. I would not book this property again.
