    The apartment is modern and spacious.

    The location is misrepresented as being in the Aldstadt, even official city maps show the location as Friedrichstadt, and even outside the railway lines which encircle the city. This is a serious consideration as people, including us, with limited physical mobility were in particular looking for an apartment in the Aldstadt to avoid long walks and travel problems. Guests or potential guests are simply misled by listing this property in the Aldstadt on booking.com. We would not recommend this property in summer months, it is boiling with no fans. You cannot cool down the apartment by opening windows as it is located right next to the railway line and trains pass by day and night. One would at least expect a map and two bottles of water in the fridge.

    Ładne, duże mieszkanie z udogodnieniami i super miejscem parkingowym w cenie, w podziemiu więc bezpiecznie.

    Brak klimatyzacji, pociągi jeżdżą, ale okna wyciszone. Latem przy 30 stopniach może być trochę ciepło.

    Sehr gut gelegen trotz Blick auf die Bahngeleise. Gut gedämmt keine Lärmbelästigung. Parkplatz im Haus. Küchenausstattung mehr als gut incl. Kaffeeautomat mit gutem Kaffee. Grundausstattung an Gewürzen/Öl/Essig/Zucker etc. vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
