    The place was clean.

Read before booking. The place is okay, but IMPORTANT! There are super annoying noises coming from the building itself—very uncomfortable pipe noises that, being part of the building's structure, are just there. Since the noise is intermittent, it makes it even worse. I do not recommend booking this place under any circumstances

the general condition of the apartment was far from satisfactory. During my stay, I noticed several problems: the headboard of the bed was very dirty and clearly showed signs of heavy use, the floor lamp was already broken, there was not even a second fork available, the kitchen chairs were dirty, and the curtains were very old and worn.

I would also strongly recommend that you properly renovate and maintain the apartment and replace or repair the worn and damaged items before continuing to rent it to guests. The property should be in an appropriate and satisfactory condition for paying guests.
