I stayed for 1 month, and found it comfortable. New furniture, compact design, functional. There is a working area as well as a dining area. Heated floor. Good for a single person or a couple, as the shower has a glass door. The sofa is foldable and can accommodate one more person. Located on the ground floor. Self-check-in and self-checkout. There is a small park within walking distance, and an open-air fresh food market is 10 minutes away, next to a worthy supermarket. The tram and bus are very close to go to Crnomerec or the centre.
Water flows on the floor in the bathroom, no shower box or door.

Osim ulaska, sve drugo u redu.
Više puta mijenjana šifra za otvaranje sandučića s ključevima Nisam mogao ući u objekt i čekao na kiši u mračnom dvorištu. Objekt u mračnom podrumu jer nema žarulje. Nema parkirališta

I liked the location. So far, it is a quiet neibourhood, with quite some places to eat and do the groceries. Though I did not use them, the appartmet has all the necessary equipment.
Due to the appartment designe, I only recomend it for couples. The bathroom and the toilet (that are in the same room) are separated from the rest of the room by glass walls, therefore, you have no intimicy if anybody is inside the room. More over, the floor in the bathroom is not well design, so when you take a shower, you need to dry the floor with the tools provieded. The inconvenient, is, it takes more than one hour to get dry, even if the ventilator is enabled.
