Damp and black mould
From when we arrived at the property, it had a very, very strong smell of damp. We found black mould, and when you turn the AC unit on it has a very bad smell. My sister was coughing all night due to the AC and was ill afterwards. The AC problem was on a prior review, also there is visible black mould and a dehumidifier at the property. Showing that they are aware of the issue. The property has no ventilation, not even for the bathroom. They denied knowledge of the issue and provided no compensation.
