Location is very good, in a quiet neighborhood. Apartment waa clean. The room temperature (AC) is always working great, and there are plenty of windows to also let in the fresh air. The kitchen and private bathroom are basic but good.

The sofa is almost braking apart and very dirty, and the bed's mattress and springs are also very old, noisy and damaged. Also the walls and shelves need restoration, but hanging the sofa and bed would improve the quality of the accommodation a lot.

Balesetveszélyes és lelakott szerkezeti elemek: A padlószegély léc elvált a faltól. A függönykarnis kiszakadt a rögzítésből és lóg, ami mind balesetveszélyes, mind esztétikailag elfogadhatatlan. Sérült, málló burkolatok és vakolat: A falburkoló elemek hiányoznak, a vakolat kinyílt, mállik és pereg. A tapéta/falburkolat több helyen kiszakadt, sérült. Ez több, mint elfogadhatatlan. Súlyos higiéniai hiányosságok és nem megfelelő takarítás: A szekrényben korábi bérlők által otthagyott, felgyülemlett szelektív hulladék (műanyag palackok, alumínium dozok) fogadott minket. A berendezési tárgyak és kábelek bevonódtak a felgyülemlett portól/penésztől és kosszal telt, elhanyagolt állapotúak.
