Bien pour un court séjour.
Son emplacement. La disponibilité du propriétaire pour répondre aux questions.
L’appartement a besoin d’un peu plus d’entretien et d’un rafraîchissement. Le lit m’a donné mal au dos

El departamento está súper cómodo y limpio. Súper ubicado. Muy bien equipado con vajilla, vasos, estufa, cafetera y hasta lavadora de ropa. Es un 3er piso, por lo que no es apto para personas con problemas de movilidad. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien.
Me costó un poco de trabajo abrir el primer candado ya que tiene truco pero me apoyaron súper rápido por teléfono para abrir.

Tiene todo para una estancia muy cómoda de trabajo o esparcimiento.
No es del alojamiento como tal, pero en carro privado es difícil donde estacionarse porque es una calle angosta. No les pregunté a los anfitriones de antemano, así que fue responsabilidad mía.

Un appartamento dove si può soggiornare comodamente anche per più di una settimana. La Host gentilissima ci ha consentito di rimanere oltre l'orario del check out, perchè avevamo il volo per Madrid a mezzanotte.
