Overall, while the staff are a positive aspect, the facilities and infrastructure need significant improvement.
The staff at this property are very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the villa itself feels quite old and not well-maintained. There are frequent power issues—the electricity often cuts off, especially when using appliances like a heater or electric kettle. Considering the price, the property does not offer good value for money. Another major inconvenience is the parking area, which is very congested and difficult to manage. Guests are frequently asked to move their cars whenever someone needs to get in or out, which becomes quite frustrating. Overall, while the staff are a positive aspect, the facilities and infrastructure need significant improvement.

The cozy vibes of the room. And the cleanliness
The kitchen was at the basement which was a little bit hard to reach for my parents. Otherwise it was very good
