The apartment is quite old, but everything was very clean and all the facilities were functional. It doesn't feature a parking spot, but you can park on the street for free several streets to the north.
Main issue: there are no mosquito nets, which is always a problem for ground floor apartments during summer. Minor issues: the AC leaked a little bit. The entrance door looks quite old and unstable, but Ioannina is a safe and peaceful city (unlike Athens).

Perfect located, quiet suite for a nice stay – but not an Instagram scene;)
This location is perfect. It's in the heart of the city, where you have great bakery round the corner and decent grocery shop two buildings further. And it's so quiet there. Hard to believe, but it's real. The flat is well equipped, even very well books, if you read Greek. It was very nice stay.
The substance is rather old, there was a smell of mold in the kitchen.
