    Quiet, comfortable, luxurious home away from home. Superb.

    Very clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to see and do in Orewa, Silverdale and Whangaparaoa. All mod cons with an excellent kitchen, large comfortable beds, nice lounge, large TV and easy access on the ground floor. Really good value for money charged. Hostess was most communicable and helpful via booking.com.

    Although advertised as having off street parking which we asked for and were initially advised we had - we were never-the-less told just before arrival to park on the street. It was a quiet and safe neighbourhood but the advertising was misleading and not correct. The Cree wall heater/air-conditioner was difficult to operate even with an instruction book to work with. We finally got it going but then found it impossible to turn off. I would suggest to the host that in future they supply a simple hand written instruction note for us non-technical types to follow.

    Very friendly, helpful and wonderful hosts. The accommodation has a good layout, nice and spacious. Extremely tidy and clean. Good location, close to the park walk and some great cafes. Motorway is near too. Thank you for the chocolates and ensuring there is milk for drinks. Love the stay here.
