Disappointing due to poor maintenance and lack of proper post-stay handling

    - Responsive reply when I initially reported the issues - Acceptable location and basic setup

    - Facilities not properly maintained - Issues highlighted during my first stay were not rectified. - Blamed after checkout despite prior notification - Poor internal coordination - No response after raising a formal concern
