  Amazing value, wonderful location and we'll definitely be back!

  Amazing place, with prime location! 15 minute walk to main NOTL center and beach. Rooms were spacious, great beds and everything was so clean with towels prepared for us 😍🙏🏽 huge backyard with lots of nice nature! We had such a great memorable weekend away and will definitely be back again! Thank you so much.

  Given we were cooking a lot for thanksgiving weekend we needed things like big bowls / aluminum foil / parchment paper / Saran Wrap which was not available. Although the kitchen was stocked with many great things 🙏🏽

  Great location but house needs attention

  The location is excellent, walking distance to town, with Tim Hortons and a small selection of stores including bike hire next door. Loads of parking at the house. Road is quite busy but you can’t hear it inside. House is big with a huge garden and a sunny upper deck. Owners are responsive.

  The house is strange and feels unloved with lots (lots!) of uncoordinated and unnecessary furniture and other stuff. It’s two flats essentially with the lower flat a dumping ground for all sorts of furniture and other items. The upper flat has three bedrooms, a bathroom, washer and dryer (dryer didn’t work but there was another downstairs which was full of towels), an open plan kitchen and lounge which leads to an outside first floor deck which has stairs down to a huge garden. It needs a good clear out removing all the uncoordinated and random furniture and ornaments - including the Christmas tree in the lounge which in September is just weird and the fake flower arrangements that are gathering dust. The beds are a big issue and need sorting, currently two are made up from 3 beds - one has two bed bases stacked and the other has two mattresses. They are super high and really strange to look at and sleep on. There’s plenty of space downstairs and in the garage so makes no sense to store an extra bed like this. They also need proper bedside tables and side lamps. There are no hangers in the wardrobes. The towels provided are small and there aren’t really enough. The kitchen also had lots of random stuff in strange places such as a microwave and two coffee machines on a small table that partially blocks the door to the deck, the cups are hidden in the bottom drawer of a unit. There are far too many sofas too. It’s all just a bit weird and disappointing because the place could be really nice with a big of tlc and thought. Wouldn’t recommend unless they have a proper clear out.
