    La taille et la beauté de la maison. La vue sur le Teide et l'océan. La localisation dans Icod. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied en 15mns. Le trajet est un peu difficile car la pente est forte et peu de trottoir, mais faisable et la ville est magnifique.

    Le bruit très important de la route au niveau des chambres. L'écoulement de l’une des douches se bouche trop facilement.
