  Intitulé trompeur: ce n'est pas une " maison douillette ( cosy) près de la plage", mais un studio en entresol, à 10 mn de la plage... Le studio est spacieux mais sombre, la cuisine est bien équipée et une bouteille de vin, de l'eau minérale et des fruits sont offerts. Le ménage est approximatif, le lit assez mou, les fenêtres sont de grands soupirails trop hauts pour qu'on puisse les ouvrir, et l'ensemble est très humide, ce que ne parvient guère à masquer les diffuseurs de parfums d'ambiance écoeurants.... Le studio est au milieu de nulle part, loin du centre de Rafina et sur le trajet de décollage des avions pour et vers Athènes ! Il peut être une option pour passer une nuit si vous avez le temps ( comme ce fut notre cas) d'aller profiter de la mer sur la belle plage, avant d'aller prendre votre avion!

  The stay in Artemida was great. It is place where are mainly Greeks. Poli house was cozy.

  Poli was a fantastic host! She was incredibly kind and even helped us get to the hospital when my partner had a urinary tract infection. She also gave us several useful tips for our stay. We really enjoyed being able to use fresh products from her garden, like lemons, oranges, apricots, herbs, and tomatoes. The air conditioning worked great, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We also appreciated the welcome gift of a bottle of wine, some fruit, and water in the fridge. The beach was a pleasant 10-12 minute walk away. We especially recommend Bruno Gelato beach, which has amazing gelato. If you buy a caffe freddo or another drink, you can use the sunbeds and umbrella for free.

  The only thing we missed was a garlic press and a grater for making tzatziki. Everything else was fine. You can here planes because you are close to the airport, but we counted with this.

  Wonderful home, friendly and very helpful host.

  It was very clean. Host very helpful and friendly. Close to the beach. About 30min from airport and 1h from Athens.

  The specific address in not on Booking when I visited, so it was a little difficult to find the place. However, I was able to easily contact the host through Booking or Whatsapp and she gave me the full address. Easy to find after that.
