    Terrible Nothing

    want to warn everyone: do not go there! This apartment is disgusting. The whole place is dirty. The bathroom smells terribly of urine because it leaks under the toilet. They also have an old dishwasher and washing machine — the dishwasher leaks. The apartment is full of tiger mosquitoes; after their bites, you get itching and swelling. Their balcony door and window screens are torn, so mosquitoes get inside, and it’s impossible to sleep. There is no private owner — everything is handled by an agent who receives the guests. From August 21 to August 27, my family and I suffered there. We kept calling and messaging them to fix the problems, but they never solved anything. They are extremely irresponsible, rude, and dishonest scammers who lie. Water is leaking terribly under the toilet. Booking.com didn’t help either. I demanded a refund of half the payment, but they ignored my calls and emails. Their attitude is outrageous. Spare yourself the trouble and don’t go there — they are fraudsters. There are millions of other issues that are hard to even describe here.

    Nice location but in winter check out the heating condition/electricity

    The location is very good and you can go to the city center and arbor only in 10 minutes walking.

    Unfortunately our stay was in November and the heating was not working. We had a little electric heater but honestly we could not stay in the flat (very cold). The second day the light/electricity went off and there were no right instructions in the printed version in the flat so we were in the total dark. We had to ask the neighbours what to do and phone the referent person to understand what to do. After that I wrote to the customer service but after a couple of days I still did get any answer...
