    Loved Madrid but not sure I would use that property again.

    Location was good - bedrooms and bathrooms very good - sofa bed in the lounge was awful (we used it as a sofa) - we never used the kitchen as we went out for meals.

    We were allowed to leave our luggage at the property early knowing that the property would not be cleaned - after going back at 3.00 it still wasn’t cleaned - Pedro apologised and said it would be cleaned by 5.00 and also said that we could have the property until 1.00 on our departure. On the day of our departure we left the luggage and went out for breakfast only to return to be greeted by the cleaner - who spoke no English - when I got hold of Pedro he didn’t really care - he also gave me a luggage storage co which is no longer there!!

    fantástica

    El apartamento es muy cómodo, limpio y decorado con gudto. Habia todo lo necesario para que nuestra estancia fuera satisfactoria. Esá bien situado, cerca de la estación y del centro, y durante la noche no se oian ruidos de ningún tipo.
