    Great spot. Great arrivist sucking the wrong way on America’ goodness.

    Nice spot, clean, thoughtful touches throughout. Nothing negative to say.

    Communication was bad. When we - I say we - for the host led me on as the customer for that night. I had made a mistake due to fatigue and booked for the next day. I arrived and he did not check his records. He had rented to other people. I did not have any idea at this point. Apparently neither did he. Resting. The actual people came trying to open the door. Many times. After that I texted him to let him know that some people were at his door. I called but he did not respond. He as I, had made a mistake. He refused to talk face to face as I was asking to resolve things in a fair manner, as in a way to assume his responsibility. Offering compensation or talking in person would have avoid unnecessary threats sent via text. Instead hiding cowardly behind the institution booking.com I was texted a first warning to move out or the cops would come to escort me within 30mn. I received a second warning as I was not packing fast enough. The cops were already there.

    A perfect place to land for one or two!

    A beautiful neighborhood, a nicely decorated loft, dog friendly, and Quiet! Close to everything! A safe appearing area that was full of neighbors walking their dogs. Host had everything we needed. I would stay again!

    I liked it all.

    Cozy little stay

    The airbnb was very comfortable and perfect place to stay for visiting Wilmington.

    No complaints here, would stay again.
