Great location
We liked the location, bed was comfy, we had a bed and a bathroom each, close to public transport, double glazing, view of the Thames River, cafecaround the corner, plenty of room for us, washer and dryer as well.
The clutter, disorganised linen, some deeper cleaning and maintenance needs to happen.

It is a lovely flat that is not loved.
Right before arrival and not earlier we have received exact information where the keys can be picked up from. It all went smoothly. The host was responsive, when I had a query. The flat has a beautiful view over the river.
We were requested to pay a deposit, which the host did not immediately paid back. I had to email many times, and the travel agent, did not help. The internet was not working great, the hob was broken, tiles in the flat were broken, fridge was broken, the washing machine was broken and could not be used.
