  Overall, we enjoyed the location and charm of the house, but the cleanliness of the floors and bed took away from our ex

  The location was perfect, and the house was such a cute little place! It was perfect for our short stay. The inside was adorably decorated and had such a cozy feel. They also provided games to play and a Pack ’n Play for our baby, which was a great bonus! The shower was nice, and the kitchen was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great little place for our stay!

  The cleanliness of the floors and bed was disappointing. On our first day, the floors were covered in dirt, so I had to sweep and Swiffer them myself, using multiple pads to get them clean. This was frustrating, especially considering that a cleaning fee was charged. The bed was also covered in dog hair, so we had to go out and purchase our own sheets and a new blanket to cover it. Additionally, the blanket provided on the bed had a very rough texture that felt almost like sand against our skin. Overall, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of these items, especially given the expectation that the property would be clean upon arrival.

  it was ok

  It was cozy and clean. great kitchen,bathroom and living area

  There was no scenery- could not open windows for sun. Cable did not work at all till we checked out.

  I will not stay in a band b again

  You had to plunge the bathroom sink, their was mold on the shower curtain, the location was deceiving, their was no ocean by the place, you could see water not able to get there. The microwave was up so far waiting for an accident to happen.

  WE WOULD COME BACK! PRICED WELL FOR WHAT IT IS AS FAR AS LOCATION + SIZE.

  Nice location/neighborhood near the water (no access to it). Decent distance to few closet beaches (between 15-20 min). Simple tiny home but with all that is necessary to have a good time and enjoy the near by beaches. The kitchen, eventhough very small, it was very well packed with all you'll need to spend few days (including those many seasonings that we always seem to forget!). It's not luxurious but it is well priced for what it is.

  Outside needs TLC. Principally back/parking + shed with laundry. Abandoned garages in the property "don't show well". Bathroom needs more towel hooks. I'm not sure if linens were washed, but there were a slight smell of urine on the right side of double bed.
