Pleasant
The condo is in a nice, quiet subdivision. The host was very communicative when I had several questions about amenities in the condo. The beds were comfortable and made up ready for use, and there were plenty of towels. There is no extra fee for towels or linens even though the amenities listed said that there were.
The list of amenities was very confusing, even contradictory at times (ex: bed linens "provided", and then also "extra fee" for bed linens). There was only 2 towel racks in the whole 3-BR/3-BA condo and 1 was very loose and we were afraid of using it. There were very few trash cans around - only in the kitchen and 1 bedroom and 1 of the 3 baths. The kitchen was small - we were a party of 5 (the condo limit is 6) but the dining table can only fit 4 and the chairs were wobbly. The kitchen supplies were odd and mismatched with no cutting knives, no dish towels, and an odd assortment of dishes and bowls. The refrigerator freezer had NO ice, nor was there any water supply hooked up. The place needs attention to detail to what guests would really need more than just general cleaning and towel washing.

Convenient to the freeway system, yet still a quiet neighborhood. We stayed for one night while driving through the area. This rental had everything we needed and more!
