    Very much enjoyed our stay at the cozy palace. Fishing was not as good as expected.

    Location excellent. AC was a godsend due to the extreme heat weather. Very nice common room with TV and sofas. Very clean and welcoming. Met the back neighbor who was very nice and helpful.

    The downstairs small toilet was virtually unusable due to its tendency to clog but there were 2 other toilets that were fine. Tripping hazard on the strip that joins the flooring between the entry and the common TV room. Would have been nice to have a second set of towels.

    My only regret as we didn’t stay longer

    This is a great spot for a group of adults. Many previous reviewers mentioned kids, but the house is set up for multiple adults lovely location excellent value super highly recommend.
