Great location, very close to all touristy hot spots, 20 min walk from the ferries, truly lovely view from the terrace. Good airconditioning both rooms. (A plus for us was also the luggage storage aross the street. There is room there to change and freshen up, they provide taxi services to train, ferry and airport and tour bus tickets).
You need to walk up 11 stair cases, do not book this if not able to climb these. There is no washer or tumble dryer. The shower head does not stay up, the kitchen is not fully outfitted (only 2 bowls but loads of plates, no scissors, pans that have seen better days) so when travelling with more than two, it might be lacking a bit. No instructions on where to take the trash, for instance, but you are not allowed to leave it in the apartment. You need to leave the space clean but there are no cleaning supplies (when we asked for supplies, they came to clean the apartment so the housekeeper was great but it would make sense to have some supplies ready). There is a room check approx an hour before checkout but this info is not on the website. The terrace holds a lovely view but the little chairs are uncomfortable and the planters are broken. Overall, with some quick-fixes, this would be stunning.

Moim zdaniem cena jest nie adekwatna ( za wysoka) do warunków pobytu w obiekcie, plusem są widoki.
Plusem obiektu jest lokalizacja-blisko centrum historycznego i komunikacjii miejskiej i dość dobry kontakt z pracownikiem obiektu.
Na minus zasługuje to że w ofercie obiektu właściciel nie informuje wogóle o pobieranej kaucji na miejscu po przybyciu w wyskości 100 euro po wcześniejszym już opłaceniu pobytu, a o zwrot kaucji musiałem się delikatnie przypomnieć na koniec pobytu :( . Na minus wpływa też to że w ofercie właściciel podaje sprzęt którego w lokalu nie ma np: czajnik elektryczny, pralka,żelazko, ekspress do kawy. W łazience należałoby poprawić prysznic którego wysokości nie da się ustawić oraz zasłone prysznicową która jest za krótka i przez to woda leci na podłogę łazienki i nie ma czym tej podłgi wytrzeć. Moim zdaniem cena jest nie adekwatna ( za wysoka) do warunków obiektu.
