    I have emailed you before about this, but during my stay, my sister fell down some step and hit her head and hurt her ankle. I contacted you by telephone and let you know. The first response was that they would send maintenance to review the accident. The maintenance people installed some lights for the stairs. We had to take my sister to urgent care and they did a brain scan and xrays. She received a bill for $106. I think it would be right if the property mgmt would pay the bill since it was not her fault. I have sent several e-mails about this, but have not received a response.

    Big enough for a big family, close to town. Quiet and peaceful.

    The house was clean and close to town.

    A service man came by several times to fix the dryer. There was nothing wrong with it.

    The location was Fabulous, the property very spacious and accommodating. Air conditionong worked very well indeed.

    We were sent the wrong door code and could not access the property and it was 97 degrees outside. Initially had difficulty contacting anyone to help us obtain the correct code. We noticed hairs on the bed sheets, hair in the Hot Tub and the gas grill would not work. We found the beds to be a little uncomfortable. We had to purchase extra trash bags and toilet paper.
