Fair price, good location, quiet and clean.
Would have been nice to know in advance that the room was on the second floor. I needed to carry up a 30 pound oxygen machine which was very difficult with my disability.

Decently clean
You could hear every sound from the hall. The toilet ran every few minutes. The air freshener went off every so often. The tv didn’t turn on. It was hot and we couldn’t adjust the temperature.
